Bingo with the Bosses is LadyBoss’s signature annual fundraiser, bringing together community members, business leaders, and supporters for an evening of fun, networking, and giving back. Funds raised directly support our two scholarship programs: The LadyBoss Award, which honors an outstanding woman making a difference in her community, and The Sparkling Scholar, which assists graduating young women pursuing higher education, trade school, or technical training.

Since its launch, Bingo with the Bosses has experienced tremendous growth. Our inaugural event in 2023 welcomed more than 60 attendees and raised $1,800. In 2024, the event sold out with 90 participants and generated $3,000 in support. In 2025, after moving to a larger venue, attendance exceeded 100 guests and fundraising surpassed $5,000.

With growing community support and increasing demand, we anticipate our largest event yet in 2026, expanding our impact and providing even more opportunities to empower women through scholarships and recognition programs.

To keep things fresh and fun, we’re turning up the energy with an all-new theme: Let’s Go Girls! Get ready for a night filled with cowgirl boots, pink everything, disco vibes, sparkles, fringe, and all the western glam you can handle. Whether you're rocking rhinestones, a cowboy hat, or your favorite pink outfit, we encourage everyone to dress to the theme and join in the fun. Cowboys are welcome, too! This event is for guests 21 and older.
